The Stairlift Guide is a trading style of SCL Natureals Ltd ("we", "us"), the data controller for information collected on this website. This page explains, in plain English, what we collect and what we do with it.
Your enquiry is passed to one company only: the featured local stairlift installer named on the page where you enquired. They will contact you to arrange your free home survey. We do not sell your details, share them with any other business, or add you to marketing lists.
Calls made to the telephone number shown on our pages may be recorded for quality and to confirm your enquiry was handled properly.
We process your enquiry on the basis of your consent, given when you submit the form or place a call. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at hello@thestairliftguide.com.
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months for quality and dispute-resolution purposes, then deleted. Call recordings are kept for up to 12 months.
